CCBC Events, Meetings and Private Parties
COPPER CITY BREWING PROUDLY OFFERS EVENT SPACE PERFECT FOR YOUR NEXT PARTY, OR SPECIAL EVENT. TO HOST AN EVENT:
1. Rent the Brewery - This is an option on Mondays only because the brewery is closed to the public. The rental is $150 (non-refundable) and the bar tab must reach $250. If the minimum is not reached, the remaining is added to the final bill. Rental time is 3 hours and $50 for each additional hour. 20% minimum gratuity on the bar tab. Rental fee must be paid prior to your event.
2. Host an Event During Normal Hours: Just give us a call or send us a message and we'll do our best to accommodate a larger group. Early day gatherings are recommended as the brewery becomes busy normally around 4:00 pm.
BEVERAGES
Payment for events is very flexible. You can select cash bar in which your guests will pay for their own drinks or host bar and you will pay for all of your guest's drinks. You also can do split bar and only pay for drinks during a specific time or until the tab reaches a specified amount. A credit card on file is required for all tabs. Copper City Brewing Company always has a great variety of hand-crafted beer on tap. We also carry New York State wines, hard cider and non-alcoholic drinks. You may not bring in wine, spirits, or any other kind of beverage for your event.
FOOD
Copper City Brewing encourages you to have your event catered or bring in food prepared for your party. We have a list of caterers upon request. We ask that you remove the leftovers when the gathering is complete. We will dispose of any trash.
PLEASE DON'T
You may not affix anything to the walls, or ceilings. Ask us and we can assist with decorations. Please do not use glitter, glitter balloons, confetti, feather boas, flower petals, ceiling draping, tape of any kind (we can help with this), thumbtacks, or flames. Use of any of these items or damage caused to CCBC property may result in an additional charge.
